- Rebate program is available through participating veterinarians in Cook County.
- Available only to Cook County residents.
- Rebates apply to spay/neuter surgeries performed on dogs, cats and ferrets.
- There is a limit of 2 pets per household.
- Spay/neuter surgeries must be performed during the month of February.
- Pets must be current on rabies and other vaccinations.
- You must have your Cook County issued rabies certificate to qualify.
