Virtual Pet Loss Support Group at Anti-Cruelty society

The Anti-Cruelty Society offers a free group program, now virtual, called ?Working Through Pet Loss.? The group meets virtually via the video app Zoom, on the first Tuesday of every month from 6:00?7:30 p.m. The group is led by grief counselor, Yvette Camacho, who is also a licensed professional counselor that helps counsel trauma victims via non-profits. Once you complete your reservation, you will receive an email with the Zoom website link to join the video meeting.

Virtual Story Time with Muffin

With the help of The Anti-Cruelty Society?s favorite ?safe dog,? Muffin, our beloved puppet, kids will see how much fun reading can be while learning ways we can be safe around animals. This free session will feature an interactive storybook reading, followed by a brief Q&A.
This program is recommended for children ages 2-6.

Virtual Crafting Crew

Join the Society?s *free* Virtual Crafting ?Pawty?, every Monday at 10:00 a.m. CST!
During this event, the Society?s Community Programs team will be teaching you how to use household materials to craft enrichment items for animals in need. During this time of social distancing, animals will appreciate extra enrichment to stay busy. Our virtual crafting event is free to attend, but there is a suggested donation which can be made during the reservation. All ages are welcome!
