Pet Ultrasound now available

Ultrasound offers a non-invasive, non-painful method for the diagnosis and staging of many diseases. It allows us to visualize the internal architecture of many organs. Nodules, masses, cysts and abscesses can not only be seen, but counted and measured as well.

The only prepping necessary for this procedure is is a quick clipping of the hair overlying the area to be scanned. The entire scanning process will take 30-40 minutes.

Many organs that are difficult to see on x-ray alone, are easily visualized with ultrasound.

Ultrasound is a very important tool, allowing an earlier diagnosis for many conditions, which in turn can give your pet a better chance for successful treatment.
