Dear Dr. Barzyk,
We cannot thank you enough for the kindness you have shown our family over the last several years. It meant a lot to us to have you perform Quita's final procedure. Also, Quita's paw print was such a generous and kind momento. We have it sitting next to numerous Quita pictures and her collar. Thank goodness there are vets out there with large hearts that make saying goodbye a little easier.

Dear Dr. Teuber,
I recently moved out of the city and as a result I had to find a new animal hospital. Unfortunately, the cat I was fostering was put to sleep a few weeks ago. The vet who assisted with the procedure had a bedside manner that left me feeling worse about the situation.
As a result of this unfortunate event, it made me realize once again how professional you and your staff were when we put my cat to sleep in August 2009 (Jade Hoban). So, thank you for understanding the pain I was going through by not making me feel rushed and by allowing me to stay with Jade for as long as I needed. It is great that there are people in this world like you that can help make something so hard a little less painful to go through.

My dog Elly passed away in the past year. She was seen at Higgins for almost all of her 14 years. Very satisfied with Higgins. Elly especially enjoyed the treats you gave her!
