I just wanted to thank your staff for the wonderful and caring service you provided myself and my pet. I came in this morning as a first time client to have my beloved pet rat put to sleep. I can't thank you enough for the loving care and compassion you displayed in helping me and Joyeux go through her "End of Life" process. I was especially moved by the fact that she wasn't a patient of yours due to the fact I could never get her into the carrier.
Your emergency accomodation of her needs brought great comfort, and I was so deeply appreciative of your sensitivity in handling the entire procedure. Giving me special time with her, not rushing and even saving hair from her paw - were beautiful gifts.
When I received your beautiful sympathy card, I cried so hard. Knowing you cared and understood the extreme depth of my loss. When I received her remains and it contained an urn and her pawprint, I was in awe. What a lovely tribute. You are all so wonderful and I am so deeply grateful to each of you.

I always appreciated the time you spent carefully examining him, and the time you spent explaining things to me and answering all of my questions. Though I was always happy with the care you gave him, I was especially appreciative of the care you gave him -- and me -- at the end of his life. Not only did you make him comfortable, but you supported me throughout the process. As I left, I looked back through the window and saw you still stroking his little head. I was extremely touched. When I received a little cast of his pawprint two days later, I was blown away. A whole-hearted thank you.

I recently moved out of the city and as a result I had to find a new animal hospital. Unfortunately, the cat I was fostering was put to sleep a few weeks ago. The vet who assisted with the procedure had a bedside manner that left me feeling worse about the situation.
As a result of this unfortunate event, it made me realize once again how professional you and your staff were when we put my cat to sleep in August 2009 (Jade Hoban). So, thank you for understanding the pain I was going through by not making me feel rushed and by allowing me to stay with Jade for as long as I needed. It is great that there are people in this world like you that can help make something so hard a little less painful to go through.
